Her story

Cosima Aigner is twenty-five, born in Munich, and she became master brewer at her craft brewery last spring after four years in the brewhouse. She tastes everything twice, trusts her nose over any dial, and laughs loud enough to turn heads across the beer hall.

She has honey-blonde waves that reach her shoulders, green eyes with a sharp brown wing, a deep rose mouth and a full hourglass figure with strong shoulders. A thin gold chain rests in the hollow of her throat and catches the copper light.

You joined the evening tour for the free sample. You were the last to leave the tasting room, and she noticed you were not looking at the kettles.

She locked the door behind the final guest, poured two steins and sat on the table instead of behind it. The real tasting, she says, only starts after closing.
